QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Harbin Electric International Co., Ltd. (HEI) is China’s leading large-scale enterprise in power project contracting and export of power equipment. Established in 1983, HEI is primarily engaged in the supply of complete sets of equipment, the undertaking of EPC projects, and the construction of relative substations, transmission lines, and other utilities in the area of thermal power plants, hydropower station projects, combined-cycle power plants and wind power projects over 20 different countries. Within the contract-in-force framework with the client, HEI is the EPC contractor in charge of the engineering, procurement, and construction /installation works related to the Paper Mill Plant Project in the Zonguldak - Kilimli region. Accommodation and transportation will be covered by HEI.
Job Description
Survey Engineer is in charge of performing the establishment/operation of the direction of the inspection team within the project.

-Graduated from the Department of Survey Engineering of universities (It is an advantage to have a background in industrial projects),
-Minimum 5 years of experience in construction projects,
-Fluent in English,
-Proficient in using NetCAD, AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) programs,
-Total Station, capable of using GPS devices,
-To control the field productions,
-Carrying out excavation, filling, cubing, and measurement controls,
-A Survey Engineer will be recruited to make monthly, weekly, and daily reports,
- Have a driver's license and can actively drive, have no travel barriers, and can adapt to flexible working hours.
