We are looking for "BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER” for our Aftersales Department

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degrees in Engineering
• A minimum of 10 years experience in aftersales management
• Fluent in spoken & written English
• Preferably candidate with SAP knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Entrepreneurial mentality
• An analytical mind with good organizational skills

• Outstanding leadership skills

Responsibilities:

• Introduce our company portfolio and services to our existing customers and new potential customers to gain more aftersales profitable business
• Supporting and coordinating service business opportunities
• Implement attractive service contract schemes that are competitive and attractive to our customers
• To take a key role of developing Services contracts on and beyond our customer base
• Demonstrate our strong services capabilities that shall enhance both our reputation and evaluation in the market which leads to increase our sales
• To work closely with sales team to accelerate account business development
• Coordinate between our clients and our operation team for site inspections, contracts initial visits and to clear any obstacle during the contract execution
• To conduct professional system implementation through coordinating with both internal and external partners, facilitate customer after-sales care
• Sustain customers’ relation and satisfaction over our services and equipment
• Responding to customer concerns or complaints and finding solutions to problems on any level, whilst being aware of cost and time constraints
  
• To ensure that rental fleet is properly maintained  and customers are happy with the service and products
