Qualifications And Job Description

• At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce product management, preferably experienced with different international marketplace platforms, 
• Identify opportunities for product line expansion of new and existing accounts in international well-known marketplaces,
• Define and manage end-to-end processes while leading the launching and growing of customers marketplace accounts,
• Have a deep understanding of digital merchandising initiatives on international ecommerce platforms,
• Monitor marketplace reporting platforms to ensure the products are growing in sales and moving up in product category rankings maintain positive customer feedback, create strategies to increase end customer satisfaction,
• Analyse sales data of customers from different product categories, evaluating keyword trends, competitor activities within the marketplaces,
• Develop and oversee the product  strategies in international marketplaces to drive sales, conversion rate and overall profitability for the  categories,
• Proficient in fluent English (spoken and written),
• Graduated from related departments of universities.

• Must be a self-starter with exceptional judgment to continue growing customers sales,
• Demonstrated success in a number of diverse sales roles,
• Critical thinker, data-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills,
• Ability to create and analyse data, forecasting campaign’s main KPIs by using analytical approaches,
• An experienced planner, with strong cross-team coordination and multitasking skills, 
• Open to direct feedback culture, prone to constant learning, taking initiative and not avoiding responsibility,
• Proven track record of showing ownership and overcoming obstacles,
• Self-motivated, highly adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing and fluid environment.
