Technical Support & Product Engineering Supervisor

• Preferably graduated from Electrical/Electronics Engineering department of a reputable university • Advanced skills in English and preferably also in German, 

• Minimum of 7 years of previous experience in a position which required the following skills: o Problem solving o Proactivity and o Analytical thinking 

• Experience in technical customer support with international clients, 

• Experience with internal and cross-departmental management, 

• Knowledge and experience with Automotive Quality Management System IATF 16949 • Experience with preparing internal and client presentations 

• Advanced Excel, Powerpoint and Word skills 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Reporting to the Technical Support and Product Engineering Manager,

 • Provide technical support to customers in collaboration with the sales and quality teams 

 • Manage coordination within the company and provide the right solutions to the customers • Arrange internal and external tests to products and analyze results 

• Obtain necessary product certificates 

• Manage product changes and ensure all technical data is managed properly by the product engineering team 

• Develop, improve and coordinate departmental processes 

• Follow departmental KPIs and take necessary actions for improvement
