JOB DESCRIPTION

* Lead the modelling, planning and execution of all accounting processes in a multinational environment.

* Lead multinational reporting and consolidation of group companies.

* Preparing monthly financial statements; assisting with regulatory reporting.

* Checking and reviewing analytically; general ledger, P&L accounts etc. on monthly basis to ensure accuracy of posting and correct any wrong posting.

* Execute tax strategies to reach company goals.

* Maintaining internal controls, managing relations with independent auditors and tax advisors.

* Training and supervising accounting staff to improve their performance, increase efficiency in the team.

* Ensuring reconciliations with suppliers and customers.

* Applying automated accounting processes; instead of manual processes

* Ensuring compliance of business processes with global processes

QUALIFICATIONS

* Good written and oral fluency in English is a must.

* SMMM certificate is required for tax returns.

* Graduated from related departments of universities.

* Strong knowledge of local GAAP and IFRS/TFRS are required.

* Minimum 5 years of related experienced and experience of managing a team

* Strong relationship management and relationship skills

* Advanced knowledge of MS Excel with analytical thinking skills and being result oriented
