• Possess an engineering degree with a Phd degree and 10 years of experience
• Fluency in English,
• Manufacturing and raw material knowledge including manufacturing  corrugating and converting  process,
• Practical and theoretical project management experience according to PMI methodology is an asset,
• Intention to continue a growthful career in tissue development,
• Excellent problem solving skills and crisis management,
• Able to leverage interpersonal skills to form strong relationships / build networks internally and externally,
• Excellent communication skills, the ability to listen and translate this into actions,
• Team player with a natural ability to take the lead where/when needed,
• Ability to adapt well to new environments in a very dynamic company and manage changes at a very fast pace,
• Highly professional project manager, with strong work ethic,
• Self-motivated person with ability to quickly understand objectives and independently manage the delivery of results
• Strategic thinking skills, good know-how in FMCG sector,
• No restriction to travel,
• Military service must be completed for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

• Able to translate technology, market and consumer insights into targeted concepts and product specifications,
• Improve the capability of the organization in multiple areas : Innovation, Technical know-how, designing best practices, and executing with excelence,
• Lead the product development and innovation projects based on PMI methodology
• Review and approve technical specifications and reports,
• Partner with external functions, such as Marketing, Product Design, Product Supply, Manufacturing, Product Research, Supply Chain, to enable timely delivery of new initiatives,
• Interpret and challenge effectively the analysis of technical data,
• Develop and recommend business and delivery plans based on current technical results and internal/external capabilities,
• Increase the productivity of the team and establish standard methods to deliver high quality initiatives
