Enterprise Solutions Manager - Operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant disciplines
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, MBA is preferred
• 10+ years progressive experience in enterprise solutions and ERP solutions, having at least 3 years team management experience
• Solid experience on Project Management
• Experience with large organizations and large projects
• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients 
• Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
• Ability to work with and influence peers and management 
• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and fix security risks 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills 
• Good team working skills 
• Advanced level in both written and spoken English
• No restrictions to travel

Job Description:

• Responsible for all business and enterprise applications under “operations processes” category of Hayat Holding companies, including: planning, production, warehouse management, plant maintenance, quality, procurement, sales, delivery and retail, under SAP ECC & SAP S4 HANA and other business applications
• Selection of appropriate application or solution, implementation of solution, setting up support structure after implementation, supporting existing business applications and solutions
• Management of Enterprise Business Applications, Operations team and contractors 
• Eager to take initiatives on digital transformation of company
• Ability to manage complex application environment and integrations
• Very good knowledge and experience of integration of multiple application and enterprise architecture 
• Follow-up trends and technological improvements in business applications and solutions
• Proactive, solution oriented and result oriented
