Qualifications:

• 10+ years’ experience defining and implementing strategies under a CIO or equivalent
• MBA preferred but not required
• Certification in the following areas would be preferred : MCSE, MCSD, MCTS, CCNA
• Experience as a technical lead for a major technology implementation project for multinational company
• Extensive experience with enterprise architecture best practices and goals
• Strong analytical thinking skills
• Effective communication skills with team members and non-technical persons
• Must have good project management ability
• Must be very time conscious and attention to detail
• Advanced level in both written and spoken English
• Successfully shown leadership skills within a cross-functional team and ability to solve problems
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• No restrictions to travel
• No military obligation for male candidates

• Create IT technology, application and business architecture models that reflect Hayat Holding’s strategies and goals
  
• Provide business architecture and systems’ processing guidance
• Locate ways to reduce costs in IT and business leadership
• Implement the strategy for the development of IT technology, application and business process architecture work
• Manage, use and maintain IT technology, application and business process architecture models and road-map
• Shares best practices, lessons learned and constantly updates the technical system architecture requirements based on changing technologies, and knowledge related to recent, current and upcoming products and solutions
• Collaborates with all relevant parties in order to review the objectives and constraints of each solution and determine conformance with the Enterprise Architecture. Recommends the most suitable technical architecture and defines the solution at a high level.
• Recommends and participates in the development of architecture blueprints for related systems and applications
• Identifies and recommends areas appropriate for further study and participates in any Proof of Concept projects required to thoroughly investigate architectural possibilities and strengthen arguments for their adoption
• Identifies implementation risks and analyses potential impact on the enterprise and on the achievement of scheduled objectives
• Recommends and participates in the design and implementation of standards, tools and methodologies
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business representatives, and subject matter experts to design IT systems and programs
• Follows technical roadmaps and prepares roadmap of the company regarding IT and application landscape
• Identify ways to increase employee knowledge and skills to support future growth
• Assist business managers in developing policies and guidelines regarding the design and implementation of IT technology and application within the enterprise
