GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

One of the biggest FMCG companies in Turkey, Hayat Kimya is looking for a " Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)".The person will be responsible for managing all HR functions especially '' supply chain '' related.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree in related fields,

· Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources as a HRBP or HR Generalist

· Advanced level of English,

· Must have experience in SAP,

· Advanced level Ms Office skills,

· No obstacle to travel abroad,

· Ability to work effectively with cross-cultural teams in a dynamic & multi-tasking working environment.

· Result-oriented, strong analytical and organizational skills, strong communication and high reporting skills within a matrix organization,

· Strong customer focus to build a successful relationship with internal and external stakeholders.

· Residence in Kocaeli or able to residence Kocaeli

Responsibilities

• Executing workforce planning and monitoring activities for the department’s budget processes in line with the company’s strategy and goals, responsible for budget processes of the headcount/department
• Working with the head of the function and team leaders to understand the business needs and develop customized solutions & projects.
• Working closely with the manager/ leader of the function in order to execute and provide day-to-day guidance for all types operations such as; talent acquisition, performance management system & OKR, , on-off boarding, employee engagement, L&D activities, development and career plan processes, creating succession bench, talent management, salary increase, rewards and recognition programs, budgeting, and organizational design etc.
• Responsible for monthly HR reports, turnover, and various analysis if it’s required
• Gradually integrating the HR practices implementations, to maintain integrated strategies, guiding talent management, development, compensation and performance management strategies baselines
• Conducting the activities that impacts Employee Experience and strengthen the Employer Branding
• Taking an active role in performance management system and providing guidance to business units such as objective setting, evaluation meetings, feedback sessions, development plans,
• Supporting the department to identify mid and long-term needs of talent in order to implement a developmental process and to ensure a continuous learning environment.
