Administration Specialist

Provide the services for general administrative assistant (translation, hospitability etc.)

To make internal and external correspondence and reports related to administrative affairs and to ensure their filing

Active participation in office management, including handling general clerical tasks

Organize and prepare meeting schedules for various departments

Work collaboratively with other departments to help solve clerical issues

Plan and direct the travels, accommodations and similar needs of all employees and visitors

Coordinate the administration activities involved in the employee recruitment.

To ensure the follow-up and organization of personnel rental car and fuel services

To follow the preventive maintenance, repair and renewal activities of technical devices,

To determine the material needs related to the administrative works, to ensure that the orders are given and to follow up,

To control the building services such as cleaning, security, lighting, heating and cooling and to provide support for the solution of problems that may occur,

Procurement of stationery, cleaning and consumables, small fixtures and other materials, keeping track of their stocks,

To control the costs related to administrative affairs and to make cost-reducing studies

Carry out other tasks given by his/her superior within his/her talents.

 

Profile:

 

Graduated from faculties of universities that provide 4-year education,

Total of 3 years of experience in the field of Administrative Affairs Management and has done team management.

To have effective communication skills,

Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook

Demonstrate the ability to produce solutions in the face of problems,

To be successful in human relations,

 Demonstrate a predisposition to teamwork,

Ability to work under intense stress and make effective decisions,

Having planning, follow-up and organizational skills,

Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally time to time

Demonstrate the ability to use initiative

English –Advanced Level (Speaking, Reading, and Writing).
