Requirements:

• New graduate / undergraduate / master student in Accounting, Finance or equivalent from a reputable university
• Able to work preferably 5 days per week (minimum 3 days)
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Good understanding of different cultures
• Interest in Turkish GAAP and IFRS
• Strong customer focus (internal and external)
• Result oriented and strong attention to detail
• Good communicator, team player, dynamic, goal oriented, highly flexible, take initiative and hard working
• Able to work in a complex and fast paced environment
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel

Responsibilities:

• Daily data entry and bookings in the ERP system
• Follow up and prepare daily bank transactions
• Documentation and filing
• Ensuring accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, yearly tax returns and following all tax related deadlines and regulations
• Expense controls according to company policies and detailed fixed cost analysis
• Monthly inter-company reconciliation
• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheet reconciliations and P&L analysis
• Check accuracy, integrity, completeness, consistency of financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with statutory and group requirements
• Accompany statutory and group audits
• Follow up legal matters and relations with internal and external legal attorneys and consultants
