And now we are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team.

Based in Istanbul, the position’s requirements are as follows:

 What You’ll Do:

• Develop overall marketing and media strategies of all HD Holding brands and translate the strategy into marketing action plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
• Deploy 360º brand communication campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
• Working in partnership with the creative/digital agency develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-­facing communications, including outdoor, shopping mall, print, digital, and video assets
• Working closely with media scheduling & buying agency in ATL campaigns by defining business objectives and KPIs, optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI
• Lead marketing team to build social media campaigns/influencer marketing communication plans in-line with brand targets
• Conducting research and analyzing data to define customer groups and their insights
• Managing of annual budget planning process for marketing investments & local marketing and reporting
• Lead marketing team to conduct BTL activities such as designing visuals for price changes with creative agency, adapting of brand corporate identity to all branches
• Lead the execution of seasonal and annual commercial and brand marketing campaigns from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration by defining KPIs, optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI
• To carry out necessary marketing studies and business building activities and to offer suggestions in order to increase the footfall of restaurants
• Understand, anticipate and strategically act on QSR (quick service restaurants) trends and competitor activity
• Build strong collaborative relationships and brand affiliate campaigns with key players in big sectors such as GSM and banking

 What We are Looking for:

• University degree from a reputable university (preferably Business Administration, Economics or Engineering)
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing/brand management
• Experience in building a brand, including launching new products and services
• Passionate for working in a dynamic retail environment
• Strong analytical ability, creative and critical thinking enthusiast
• The ability to successfully carry out multiple tasks simultaneously is a must.
• Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
• Fluency in English both writing and speaking
• Advanced use of MS Office Programs (PowerPoint and Excel)
• Proactive and initiative taker
