Import Export Operations Specialist

HD International Trade and Packaging Industry Ltd. Ltd. Şti., was established on 11 January 1999 in Istanbul. It provides sales, marketing and representation services by providing international raw materials and equipment to the food, chemical, textile, packaging and energy sectors. In 2010, our company moved its head office to Dilovasi Jokey Plastic Factory as a partner of Jokey Plastik Istanbul which is the authorized representative of Middle East and CIS countries. In 2011, Ras Al Khamiah-B.A.E. HD LTD established a new company under the name of Hd International Trade FZE in Free Trade Zone. It started to operate more effectively in the Middle East market.

We are looking for a Import Export Specialist  with the following qualifications to be assigned in our growing organization;

• Associate or Bachelor's degree from a related department
  
• Max. 4 years experience in the field of import/export operation
  
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
  
• Knowledge and experience on customs and foreign trade legislation
  
• Knowledge of foreign trade of chemical product is a plus
  
• Good communication and planning skills,
  
• Decision making and problem solving ability
  
• No military obligation for male candidates

Job Description

• Prepare all documents for customs and other authorities
  
• Organize import / export shipments documents and coordinate with internal and external units
  
• Ensure delivery of orders to markets in a timely manner within the company rules and regulations
• Preparation and follow-up of the documents related to the export transactions, sending to the customs and transport company
  
• Compliance with foreign exchange legislation (Prepation document according to the accreditation)
  
• Coordinate with customs brokers, insurers, banks and transporters
  
• Ensure communication with relevant public institutions and organizations • Prepare Pre-export permits
  
• Enter data to used ERP system
