ROLE SUMMARY

The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for meeting the daily service repair needs of our customers’ equipments and performing planned maintenances, driving customer satisfaction and creating customer loyalty through service excellence. Position located in Adana,  Ankara, Samsun, İzmir  and Istanbul.

REQUIREMENTS

-Bachelor degree in Electric / Electronics engineering or Biomedical Engineering from a reputable university.

-Proficiency in computer skills.

-Analytical and communication skills with the ability to  communicate technical and complex issues to our customers .

-Min 2 years of field service experience.

-Self motivated, positive thinker, customer centric,cost and quality sensitive.

-Fluency in Turkish and English

-Strong willingness to travel , MUST have a valid driving license.

-No military obligations for Male Candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

-Working on trouble shooting, installation,maintenance and repair needs on diagnostic imaging equipments such as Computed Tomography, Magnetic Resonance, Anjio Systems, and all other Xray equipments.

-Ordering spare parts and managing returns.

-Maintaining customer records and internal service records accurately and in a timely manner.

-Effectively communicate with the customers to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction. 

-Maintaining tools and testing equipments properly and ensuring they are calibrated.
