·         JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Purpose of the Work;

·         Making the imported products ready for shipment on time without any errors in their documents and labels. Making sure that the products are not deficient in the registration, patent, license documents in the customs, ministry and the market and making sure our company is well represented at home (ministry, customs employees and consultants) and abroad (to our import companies). The quality, price and shipment dates of the imported products are in line with our goals.

·         Doing market research for export, finding and selling target customers in Eastern Europe, North Africa and Central Asia where we are distributors.

·         1. Managing the import process of all materials procured from abroad

·         2. Carrying out the export process in TRNC and Eastern Europe, North Africa and Central Asia

·         3. Keeping in touch with the Ministry, TSE, customs and following up the business

·         4. To follow the import and export legislation and legal obligations, To work closely with cross functions such as counter companies, customs brokers, sales managers, warehouse officers, finance, to be responsible for warehouse processes in order to ensure a healthy running of the import and export process.

·         5. Being responsible for the control of costs such as warehouse, warehouse, freight during the import process and preventing costs.

·         6. To examine, control, update and record the label, analysis and registration documents of all products. It is also to carry out import closures.

·         7. To translate technical brochures and documents related to import.
