QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Field IT Technician with experience in IT desktop support and endusers support at large multinational companies, in order to support our customers on site in the area of Istanbul.

Location: Istanbul (city area)


Main responsibilities:

You reach the client locations in Istanbul in order to work on the incoming tickets of your users:

  • Set up of PC workplaces
  • Installations, migrations and rollouts
  • User administration via Active Directory
  • User support in MS Office, Windows and other software issues

You are exiting your users with creative solutions and a service-orientated approach.


Skills:

  • experience in End User Support
  • good English knowledge
  • good understanding of Desktop/Laptop/Printer
  • familiarity with Windows operating systems and common off the shelf software such as MS office, Email Client
  • knowledge of application installation & config, image installation & config, hardware break & fix
  • customer/people service skills
  • availability to travel
  • driving license
