Brand Manager, Beauty Care

• BSc/BA in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or in a relevant field, MBA or Master’s degree is desirable,
• 3-4 years of experience in marketing in an FMCG company with end-to-end brand communication responsibility (experience in Beauty Care business is an additional asset),
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels,
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management,
• Competent in problem-solving, analytical and interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of people,
• Advanced user of MS Office applications.

What we offer

• Reporting directly to the Group Brand Manager,
• Designing and developing successful brand strategy for the responsible brand portfolio and assuming responsibility for the execution of the strategy in line with business goals of the Henkel,
• Is accountable for the design and management of 360 degree end-to-end marketing strategy,
• Cooperating with Trade Marketing & Sales teams to drive successful execution,
• Analyzing market & consumer data and taking necessary actions with a proactive approach,
• Developing and sourcing merchandising and promotional materials,
• Constantly monitoring competitive strategies.
