Junior Category Executive

We are looking for a " Junior Category Executive’’ who will be responsible for Furniture Category of Hepsiburada.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University graduate,
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role,
• Experienced in category management,
• Retail and purchasing experience is an asset,
• Strong communication, persuasion and team working skills,
• Advanced knowledge of English both written and spoken,
• Interested in and following fashion trends,
• Active user of MS Office programs,
• Required to have a disciplined approach to process controls and team work,
• Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Developing and implementing the strategy of the category in line with market needs and trends,
• The implementation of the new product ranges-selection of the products and pricing,
• Continuous analysis of the performance of current range and taking the right action plans required,
• Handling all supplier relations,
• Carrying out daily stock and sales analysis, monitoring and analyzing best sellers,
• Prepares and adjusts weekly reports,
• Preparing seasonal sales budget for the related product group on category basis and taking responsibility of gross profit targets,
• Analyzes and reports promotional activity effects on sales quantity, value and margin,
• Follows up actual sales and margin results versus budget,
• Forecasting future sales and deciding on the amount of products’ order units based on current stock sales data,
• Improves seasonal buying budget process and creates new planning tools to support budget process,
• Work closely with Category operation team to ensure operations in dedicated categories.
