We're looking for a highly motivated Senior Recruitment Specialist. The role is headhunting and growth-focused and entails high energy, problem-solving muscle, and an agile mindset. 

Our Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree 
• Min. 6-7 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in a high-speed, high-growth environment will be a great asset 
• Experienced in all HR process in the e-commerce
• Advanced skills in MS Office Programs
• Multitask
• Excellent reporting skills
• Self-motivated and used to work under pressure
• Written and verbal communication skills, follow-up, and reporting aspects are strong.

Your Responsibilities

• Working closely with the leadership team and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase engagement
• Responsible for all HR processes (recruitment, performance management, compensation management, etc)
• Executing an end-to-end recruitment cycle to ensure a consistent flow of the right candidates for the business, an exceptional journey for the candidates, and timely results for the hiring managers
• Mapping the passive candidates in the industry to create talent pipelines for prospective business needs
• Keeping an eye on global talent trends and best cases for inspiration
• Partnering with business & HR teams in shaping people strategy and driving its execution to enable the business to operate effectively and ensure the timely identification of issues & opportunities and the presentation of solutions
• Driving HR projects.
