An "Export Operation Specialist" will be recruited to our Leading Corporate Company in the Plastic Sector in the Silivri Region.

Graduated from the foreign trade department or related departments of universities,
Good knowledge of English (reading, writing, speaking)
Good command of MS Office programs,
At least 5 years of experience in export operation,
Good command of foreign trade regulations,
Experienced in international sales contracts, payment, logistics operations and delivery methods,
Can think analytically with strong organizational, planning, follow-up and reporting aspects.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Foreign Trade / Export, knowing the procedure very well and having experience,
• Will be able to carry out correspondence with foreign companies,
• Will be able to follow up all export operation processes from order taking to delivery to the customer,
• Will be able to carry out the follow-up and completion of export sample processes,
• Will be able to organize domestic and foreign banks, customs and transportation organizations, coordinate with the departments related to shipment and follow up the loading.,
• Will be able to manage and follow the process from loading to the warehouse of goods for export,
• Customs legislation and document - having operational knowledge and experience,
• Will be able to prepare and renew related contracts,
• Able to control, documentation, reporting and archiving of completed transactions,
• Will be able to successfully maintain relations with overseas public authorities and private sector customers abroad, without any obstacle to travel abroad,
• An "Export Operation Specialist" who will be able to arrange import and export shipments, prepare documents, organize customs operations with the customs agent will be recruited.
