Project Leader

We are looking for "Project Leader" for our organization who will be reporting to Department Manager.

Task requirements:

·        Ensure the coordination of the new projects in progress and carry out the coordination process related to the project in coordination with the customer.

·        Organize production and dispatch of prototype orders requested by the customer in each phase of the project.

·        'Ensure that relevant references to the system (SAP) are created throughout the project period.

·        Meet customers' special requests in series or existing projects.

·        Prepare the cost calculation in company format for RFQ (offer) packages by its customer and share it with the sales department.

·        Manage, follow up, coordinate sales support and project issues, make improvement plans due to company KPIs and IATF 16949 system.

·        Take part in project management and Continuous Improvement (Lean) activities,

·        Monitoring and responsible for business KPIs.

·        Production, Quality, Customer service & Logistics, SHE and Procurement with the new projects to put into operation.

·        Establishing FMEA and control plans with the participation of manufacturing-maintenance and quality departments by determining product-proceses risks.

·        Make reports to the manager about the issues related to the department.

Requirements for the position:

·        Bachelor of Industrial, Mechanical or relevant Engineering degree, 

·        Min. 5 years of experience required,

·        High command on project management, sales and customer relations,

·        Strong team work skills,

·        Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, good skills of Solid works or Autocad (2D & 3D)

·        SAP knowledge,

·        Excellent verbal and written skills in English,

·        Knowledge on Lean principles , SHE and Kaizen philosophy,

·        Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas,

·        Strong organizational and problem-solving skills,

·        Analytical minded, result-oriented  and open to change,

·        Residency in Anatolian side of Istanbul.
