Real Estate Consultant (For Persian Speakers):

We are hiring a Real Estate Consultant (CALL CENTER) for our Istanbul Office, in this role at our contact center; you have the unique opportunity to provide outstanding customer service for our company. As a Customer Service Call Center Agent, you will support the success of our company by providing assistance to our customers and potential residents with fast and positive phone service. Requirements:

· The applicant must hold a university degree or institute.

· Skills and Abilities to maintain a positive attitude and maintain telephone skills throughout shift assignment.

· Ability to work well under pressure Ability to follow precise direction consistently without continuous supervision.

· Possess strong communication and problem solving skills

· Must have the ability to write clear and concise correspondence.

· The applicant must have previous experience in communicating with clients.

· The accommodation should be in Istanbul.

· Verbal Communication, Phone Skills, Listening, Data Entry Skills, People Skills, Informing, Customer Focus, Customer Service, Attention to Detail, Professionalism, Multi-tasking.

· Must be able to maintain a professional appearance and attitude

Required Languages:

· Persian: Native or Fluent

· English: Good Level

·turkish is Preferred
