QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Sales Engineer (Inside) (f/m/d) | İzmir / Türkiye

HIS Solar Sistemleri A.Ş. are sub-subsidiary of HIS Renewables GmbH is family-owned group company, headquarter locates in Frankfurt, Germany and we provide complete solutions in the business of “wiring solution for solar PV business”. We are Europe´s leading assembler and solution provider for solar power plants with more than 20 years’ experience in the photovoltaic sector in 50 countries for nearly 1000+ customers. HIS Solar, yearly provide approx. 4-4,5 GW products shipment around the world, our principle is always based on more efficiency, technology and economically optimum solutions for our solution partners to provide integrated cabling and switching solutions for their PV projects.

Now, it is time to hire and expand our sales and engineering team for our İzmir office in Türkiye.

Job description:

  • Creating proposals and orders for existing customers and finding new customers to increase the portfolio.
  • Following the evaluation of the quotations and results of the orders.
  • Provide technical support for the solution of customer demands.
  • Providing necessary support to the sales & marketing team.
  • Creating and processing documents (order confirmation, quotation); back-office activities for sales, like preparing quotation, order, follow-up.
  • Building relationships with customers and potential customers to understand their.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by communicating with customers and colleagues regarding shipments, deliveries, special requests and orders.
  • Prepare sales reporting as needed.
  • Recognize customer potential, analyze and develop enhancing measurements and strategies to exploit customer´s potential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electric Engineering, Electric & Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering or similar departments of university.
  • At least 2+ years sales or sales support experience.
  • Experiences in general technical affinity and sales.
  • Ability to read Engineering Drawings and an appreciation or familiarity of schematics.
  • Strong technical mindset and able to read and interpret technical data and translate to others.
  • Good command of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.)
  • Languages: Native Speaker Turkish, additionally English fluently.
  • Expertise in sales of products and solutions needing technical explanations.
  • High written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication and intercultural skills and highly team-minded.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Advantage: Knowledge in engineering and selling PV connection equipments.
