We seek for " Continuous Improvement Specialist '' who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in Power Grids, Core Manufacturing Center at Dilovası / Istanbul.

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• Competencies required include Results Orientation, Strategic Orientation, Teamwork and Collaboration, People Development, Personal Leadership, Change Leadership, Quality Management, Process Management, and Customer Focus
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in facilitating and implementing Lean/Six Sigma events with proven results is a plus.
• Experience in Quality assurance activities like process review, inspection, quality audits, root cause analysis for the NCRs, statistical process control, MSA
• Lean Six Sigma belt certification is a plus.
• Knowledge about ISO quality systems.
• Proven ability to successfully work with cross functional teams and implement improvement within a strict time frame and sustain improvements.
• Experience in applying manufacturing process improvement tools.
• High energy, team oriented, data driven, and results focused.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal communication skills and organization skills.
• Basic knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and well-versed with Office software, preferably Minitab (or equivalent) and other statistical tools.
• Completed military service for male applicants,
• Good verbal and written communications skills in English is a must,
• Residence in Istanbul Anatolian side or Kocaeli.

Your Responsibilities

• Support operational excellence and quality efforts within the factory according to strategy and business objectives.
• Change agent of a continuous improvement culture focused on waste elimination across the organization using lean methods, processes and tools, such as 5S, Daily Management, Leadership Standard Work, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Total Productive Maintenance, etc.
• Introduces and implements structured and disciplined methods and tools for continuous improvement of manufacturing operations.
• Create, lead and facilitate the development of Cost-out and productivity projects.
• Drives "bottom-line" performance improvement in critical operational performance areas such as cost, labor productivity, quality, safety, and people management.
• Follow up Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and operations metrics, lean strategy / execution.
• Drive change within the factory to continuously improve performance, which includes leading the transformation roadmap for continuous improvement and creating a visual workplace.
• Assist the leadership in the development of strategic continuous improvement and quality plans.
• Develop a problem-solving culture at all levels of the organization.
• Lead and direct Root Cause Analysis of significant People, Process and Equipment related downtime events, implement permanent corrective actions to mitigate probability of re-occurrence.
