We seek for “ Test Manager ” who will be able to demonstrate knowledge at Hitachi Energy at Power Transformers in Kartal location in Istanbul with below qualifications;

Your responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operation of HV laboratory, management of experimental team, skill training and performance appraisal.
• Maintain the local procedures and perform the routine, type and special factory tests for transformers and components according to the requirements of IEC/IEEE and other applicable international standards
• Responsible for the continuous improvement plan of laboratory testing ability, protective maintenance and troubleshooting of test equipment.
• Responsible for the efficiency improvement of laboratory tests to meet the factory's capacity demand for routine tests.
• Improves the quality, reliability & performance of the system.

Your background

• University or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
• More than 5 years of experience of HV test lab management, foreign company experience is preferred.
• Be familiar with acredited laboratory requirements according to ISO/IEC 17025.
• Have a certain understanding of quality management, QC tools, IATF tools, Six Sigma understanding of the priority.
• Reading and writing English and Turkish can be used as working language, fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
• Proficient in MS-Office.
• Good communication, easy going personality and organization ability.
• Military service completed for male applicants.
