QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

HMSHost has been operating Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen Airport with 27  f&b units since September, 2012 and operating8 F&B units in Antalya Airport in coordination with İÇTur since April, 2015.

We are looking for Human Resources Coordinator who will be;

Responsible for all Human Resources aspects such as recruiting, support in personnel issues, organize and conducting internal training courses, handling of all administration regarding personal as well as salary and payment coordination as established by Turkish Law and HMSHost International.

  • Prepare payroll datas and follow up the social insurance tasks and rules in coordination with payroll provider.
  • Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Advising employees in this respect. Arranging and providing training courses in consultation and according to business needs (such as brand training, induction training, hospitality work related, communication skills, health and safety, on the job training).
  • Working close with H&S Specialist and company doctor for H&S regulations.
  • Responsible for preparing staff records up to date such as assessment forms, warnings etc
  • Conducting exit interview and preparing result reports and inform related departments.
  • Compensation and benefits administration
  • Generating annual HR data and Non Financial report for HR International & Autogrill.
  • Handles and supervise all related work permit procedures at the airport and issue regular reports as required
  • Compensation and benefits administration
  • Employee services and counseling
  • Conducting disciplinary interview and action to be taking if is needed also writing warning and memos if necessary
  • Participating annual HR meeting in Netherland.


Qualification & Experience

  • Fluent in English is must (written and spoken)
  • Preferable degree in Human Resources Management and/or with additional trainer courses
  • Minimum two years HR experience in an international environment, Hotel and Catering background preferable
  • Good proven experience providing and coordinating training to staff preferable in the hospitality industry
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Integrity and confidentiality
  • Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment

More than 3 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate)
Completed
