Packaging Development Specialist

We are seeking a Packaging Development Specialist for our team with below qualifications:

• Graduated from suitable university's sections with a 4 years educational program. 
• At least 3 years of experience in packaging development and/or production,
• Good command of English in written and verbal communication,
• The suitable candidate should be resident in Tekirdağ Çorlu or Çerkezköy ,
• The male candidates must have completed the military service obligation. 

İŞ TANIMI

• To develop, monitor and assist smooth and timely execution of new packs, regular packs, and customised promotion packs as per Hobby designs and requirements. Also, ensure availability of relevant packing materials (bar codes, stickers etc) & promotion items on time for customised packs at manufacturing plants.

• To develop, coordinate & monitor projects like new rigid packs , artwork development , line trials , implementation of artwork changes (due to change in global regulations), packaging shape transitions, product re-launches, new launches .
• To ensure timely availability of labels, bar code stickers etc for customised packs, promotional packs at manufacturing locations.
• To conduct pack trials at manufacturing location and establish specifications. Follow up within various members of team (Regulatory , Research , Mktg., Legal, Quality, production, etc) for artwork approval and ensure correct artworks are given to vendors . Create shade cards and ensure correct printed packaging is delivered at manufacturing location
• To be the final custodian of all approved artworks in Hobby.
• To develop a system for change management of artworks / packaging formats for better tracking,
• Follow up with vendor for pack development
• Follow up with mould vendor for  mould development
• Follow up with manufacturing location for trials
• Follow up with Purchase team for timely closure of commercial and release of P.O.
• To follow ups with respective departments team for design , shade card and artwork approvals
