QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for "Export Sales Specialist" for Turkey Office of our company that is based in Saudi Arabia.

·         Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economy, International Relations or relevant fields
·         Min. 5 years of experience in a similar position  with  International Trade-Export operations in industrial kitchen industry
·         Excellent command of written and spoken English (Arabic prefered)
·         Proficiency in MS Office applications,
·         Ability to manage multiple tasks and balance priorities ;be flexible  and work under stress and pressure
·         Well organized and good at time management skills ;systematic;reliable and team worker
·        Excellent coordination skills with clients
·         No restrictions for travelling abroad

JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Proceeding customers’ order s in production to deliver the products on time

·         Managing all the audit and approval processes before the shipments

·         Coordinating international transport in order to meet the confirmed delivery dates in a timely and effective manner

·         Arranging all shipping & customs paperworks

·         Handling production plan and actual stock based on customer forecast

·         Providing support to the customers for complaints after the sales,

·         Following  customer payments; ensuring that the financial debts are in accordance within the company’s and the customer’s accounts,

·         Weekly and monthly reporting.
