Introduction of the role

HS Ad Turkey is seeking an associate level "Retail Designer" who will be preparing designs that meets client needs according to global guidelines. And the candidate will be following production and installation processes to ensure the solutions are delivered as client's and HS Ad's mutual goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required from Architecture, Interior Design or Industrial Design,
  
• 0- 2 years of work experience, preferably in retail development field
  
• Sufficient knowledge of fixture production methods & materials,
  
• Able to read and comprehend technical drawings and preparing floor plans
  
• Strong design skills
• Basic knowledge of the brand/corporate identity and it's implementations in store environments.
  
• Open to learn clients business.
  
• Strong project management skills: outstanding organizational and planning skills
  
• Advanced attention to detail and follow-through, ability to multi-task and consistently meet deadlines
  
• Able to work as a team player
  
• Open, honest and direct
  
• Organized, efficient, and goal oriented
  
• Good oral and written communication skills in English ( Only English CVs will be taken into consideration.)
  
• Great knowledge of 3ds Max,  Autocad, Photoshop, Illustrator, MS Office
  

Job Description

• Designing retail projects such as brand shop, shop-in-shop, window display and product display stands.
  
• Planning and execution of the production and installation processes with manufacturer.
  
• Following the production and installation on site as required.
  
• Ensuring the correct implementation of the elements delivered by global guidelines.
  
• Cost analysis and quotation preparation.
  
• Working with multiple vendors and ensuring that the result meets clients need.
  
• Maintaining relationship with current clients
  
• Regularly reporting on project status and keeping the documentation of project.
  
• Following market trends and the status of competitors
