QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Knowledge
• University degree
• MBA of Finance Master’s degree is preferred
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Robust financial analysis fundamentals and ability to comment on the financial structure under changing macro conditions
• Ability to work under time constraints
Experience
• Min 5 years of banking experience
• Experience in one of big-four audit company is preferable

İŞ TANIMI
• To ensure Global Banking (GB) Credit Analysis Unit related activites are held in line with policy and procedures
• To prepare/review credit applications of GB&FI (Financial Institutions) relations
• To assess risks of customers efficiently, analyze the financial data and provide exceptional analytical skills with the aim of minimizing credit risk
• To assist the MI (eg. TRACS) and HORIS reporting and maintenance of GB & FI client list
• To coordinate/attend WWM (Watch/Worry/Monitor) meetings with the RMs and Risk team and ensures that all updates are incorporated in the Credit Applications and discussions with the RMs
• To keep track of the due dates of all Global Banking credit applications and keeps in contact with the Relationship Managers and Credit team to take preventive action on a timely manner against any overdue
• To analyze all cost reports of GB&FI and challenge items with Finance and related teams
• To act within the HSBC operational and compliance standards and rules, while applying & following up his/her duty.
