We are looking for a "International Patient Experience Agent" to be assigned to our Clinic who has strong patients focus and passionate about delivering memorable Patients Experiences.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Welcoming the patients in the clinic and providing required information about the procedures to navigate the treatment pricess (before, during and after the treatment)
• Providing interpretation for patients, their accompanying members, and health care team in a manner that promotes hospitality and patient satisfaction, within the given linguistic/cultural context for medical team in all settings.
• Encouraging communication between patient and health care team to build rapport and ensure that the listener understands the message.
• Responsible for daily documentation of patients activity and medical records.
• May also be called upon to facilitate the following: follow-up appointments and transportation affairs, insurance/payment process, informed consents, and site translations.
• Handling complaints - Ensure all the complaints from the patients are handled delicately and informed to the In-charge.
• Contribute to the patient loyalty program by constructing a portfolio of satisfied treated patients, retaining relationships and winning their referrals

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2 years of similar working experience
• Must be bilingual in Turkish and English with proven linguistic abilities in medical interpreting
• Ability to work in challenging situations
• Excellent interpersonal, Human Relations, and communication skills
• Strong Teamwork and time management skills
• Highly motivated and positive attitude
• Have great organizational skills and persistence
