• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree,
• Good level of spoken and written in English,
• Minimum of 3 years experience in similar position,
• Through understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as social media) and marketing research,
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software,
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills,
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work,
  
• Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind,

 JOB DESCRIPTION

• Developing creative marketing and communication strategies, campaigns for the company,
• Managing annual marketing budget,
• Collaborating closely with the marketing team in HQ China,
• Public Relations management, preparing monthly PR calendar,
• Updating contents of the website,
• Planning and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media and display advertising campaigns,
• Measuring and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Preparing monthly market report,
• Collaborating with agencies and other vendor partners,
• Editing and posting videos and visuals to social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, WeChat, YouTube  etc.) (this is plus)
• Participating exhibitions and coordinate all exhibition process, planning and executing exhibitions ,
• Direct reporting to the Marketing Manager and Chairman
