Bachelor's Degree in Engineering programme,

Min 10 years experience in management / leadership roles in Quality Area,

Fluency in written and spoken English,

Excellent using MS Office program,

Strong management and organizational awareness

Having good knowledge of Quality Management System,

Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict management, and problem solving skills,

Knowledge in active usage of Problem Solving Methodologies, (8D, 6 Sigma, Kaizen)

Good team-player and strong communication skills in an international environment, 

İŞ TANIMI

Responsible for developing; managing and overseeing all onsite operations related to quality inspection and containment activities. 

To ensure that the processes of daily nonconformity and improvement activities are followed up and concluded,

Coordinates plant quality initiatives within production unit.

Carrying out product certification studies and fulfilling the requirements of existing product documents,

Actively conducting product and raw material analysis,

Taking an active role in supplier and internal audit processes,

Engage on customer claims to improve process related issues.

Ensure that the products meet quality requirements.

Analyzing quality records and reporting results internally.

Contacting customer for any quality or project issue.

Accompanying customer audits and plant visits and follow-up action plans. 

To provide training to employees on quality, prevention, correction and verification.

Ability to solve the problems by using root causes analyses. 

Follow up corrective and preventive actions status.

To report the relevant reports in a defined format, period and date in accordance with the report inventory,

Organizing and/or attending meetings in accordance with the meeting inventory,
