1. Implementation service strategies, and be responsible for completing the preparation of various services before the product goes on the market;
2. Implement the serviceability of the product, monitor the software and hardware quality of the product and the implementation of spare parts;
3. Handling the major quality of products and crisis events, on-site support for major issues, and the preparation of product technical information;
4. Manage and operate regional/national training and knowledge localization services.

İŞ TANIMI

1. Have 2 years and above working experience in R&D, maintenance and testing of mobile phone products;
2. Proficiency in the methods/tools for positioning mobile phone technology issues.
 
Professional knowledge requirements:
1. Familiar with android system and mainstream hardware platform, master system, third-party application, interconnection and other terminal product functions and principles, as well as analysis and processing expertise of corresponding domain issues;
2. Strong organizational and communication skills, good service awareness, teamwork spirit, and certain resistance to stress;
3. Strong English communication skills.
