• Graduate from related fields of Science/Engineering faculties (Electric, Electronic, Telecommunication, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Aerospace, Physics, etc.)
• +2 years E2E Project delivery experience in Wireless Domain from technical solution analyses to acceptance and field test.
• Technical Knowledge on RAN technologies, EPC messaging and integration
• Knowledge in LTE technologies.
• Knowledge in IoT technologies and concept of IoT. (such as LoRa and SigFox)
• Broad understanding of telecommunications market and Smart Grid (Energy) / Smart-Safe City domains
• Have experience in Wireless Network Design.
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving techniques.
• Good communication skills, capable of discussing on complex technical subjects.
• Ability to work in an international environment with different business parties, leaving no room for ambiguity.
• Eager to learn upcoming technologies and standards.
• Good Command of English
• Proactive in taking actions
• Collaborative working attitude

İŞ TANIMI

• Participating in Solution analyses of customer ecosystem, support customer with wireless network designs and offer fitting solution alternatives for Huawei LTE.
• Strengthening Huawei Enterprise Wireless Network solution brand, strengthen the influence on the evolution of network architecture by working collaboratively with technical experts.
• Ensuring result of coordinated actions with relevant groups to achieve efficiency.
• Taking part in innovation cycle by catching opportunities of technical enhancements and generate value for the customer.
• Generating high quality deliverables for output work (presentations, whitepapers, test reports)
• Taking active role in trials, pilots and regional tests for Radio Network Solutions & Products
• Commissioning and configuring laboratory and field system during trials.
• Testing software packages and patches, reporting and raising issues to relevant parties.
• Monitoring results gathered during trials, evaluate the performance gain of solutions and products
• Continuously learn upcoming technologies, catch up with standards and regulations.
