• Minimum of 1-2+ years of experience working in IT Support field
• Familiar with Windows OS, Linux, Computer framework end User support
• Experience working in a team based environment
• Open to improve himself/herself in IT Field
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Problem solving skills, able to effectively troubleshoot issues also remotely
• Good team player,
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Graduated from the related departments of the Junior technical school or university
• Open for business trip

İŞ TANIMI

• Installation maintenance and troubleshooting of Windows OS, Linux, Office programs, company tools.
• Maintenance of user’s computers & laptops, fix problems and organize service for reparing.
• Daily checking of printers, meeting and IT rooms.
• Support for meeting room environment such as TV, projectors, videoconference
• Preferably with basic knowledge in the field of network area
