ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

·  Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories, epics and acceptance criteria

   · Understand the needs and priorities of stakeholders, including customers and users; act as voice of the customer

  · Work closely with product management and senior management; keep aligned with the product roadmap and the company strategy

   · Help to organize and play a key role in planning, refinement, review, retrospective and daily scrum meetings.

    · Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams.

·      · Actively engage with the scrum team, find solutions to problems, complete trade-off analysis and make decisions together with the scrum team

   · Research and analyze the market, follow the competitors and the industry, contribute to the product roadmap

·      Manage product delivery / release process
·      Monitor key performance indicators and help to evaluate product performance and growth.
·      Protects the team from internal and external factors that distracts from sprint goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

 · B.S degree preferably in Computer Science, engineering or a related field

  · 2+ years of experience in PO/PM role

  · Strong technical background - preferably has coding experience

   · Great interest in technology, industry and trends

   · Good at market research and competitor analysis

   · Strong sense of responsibility

   · Creative thinker, good at ideation

    · In-depth knowledge and experience in agile process and principles 

   · Strong communication, presentation, decision-making and leadership skills

    · Fluent in English
