JOB DESCRIPTION: Business Operation Manager-HMS
This role is responsible for theoperation of Huawei Mobile Services in a country, with a clear focus on Content Operation, Activity Operation, Business Operation to increase user and revenue growth. The services include Cloud Storage, Theme, Huawei Pay, Huawei Point, Smart Assistant, Search and etc.
- Manage the services performances and achieve the business target via implementing the local operation actions via cooperating with regional/HQ operation team and Huawei Terminal team.
- Love digital life, favorite of local mobile digital marketing:
o Games/applications, Communication, Social, Cloud, Drive, Entertainment , Travel, Shopping Productive, Theme, Picture
o Digital content community
- Activity Operation:
o organize the local campaigns and the festival events (online/offline ) to promote the services
o Maintain the social channels, marketing channels and the media channels to promote the services in local language and English, like facebook/twitter/Instagram/Youtube etc
- User Operation
o Monitor the performance of user acquisition, activation, retention and payment
o Design the solution and improve the performance of user operation
- User Community Operation:
o Maintain the social channels, marketing channels and the media channels to promote the services in local language and English, like Instagram/facebook/twitter/Youtube etc
o Voice of Customer Management: monitor and collect customer comment/voice, analyze what is the issue, user paint, customer requirement, contact customer to survey and handle the issue and report to upper manager
- Business Operation:
o Monitor the user, service and revenue performance, to analyze how to acquire more users and has long retention, how to use more services and how to increase the revenue
- Proactively suggestions to optimize the product
- Cooperate with around depts to get the supporting to achieve business KPI
- Proactively suggest improvements to Content/Applications, Marketing/influencers, User Operations and Product to optimize the performance of such services.
Background, previous experience and Abilities Requested
· 3+ years’ experience in the Digital Content industry, either in AppStore,Google Play, Application, Game, Social, Cloud, Drive, Entertainment, Travel, Productive, Theme and etc
· Understanding of the local country market for Digital Services
· Experience with Data Analytics: able to define KPIs. Data-driven Analysis and decision making.
· Good at SEO/SMM/google Analytic/
· Rich Marketing experience insocial channels (facebook/twitter/instagram)
· Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management and co - workers.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently, prioritizing and accurately completing them in a potentially stressful environment
· Fluent in English and native local language. Chinese language would be a plus.
· Bachelor degree or above
- Working time: 5/2 since 8:00 a.m. to 17.00 p.m
