SEO & Marketing Specialist

Huawei Turkey R&D Center SaaS Team is looking for a talented, dedicated and highly-motivated Search Engine Optimization Specialist to manage all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns

·       Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns

·       Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.

·       Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing

·       Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization

·       Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations

·       Research and analyze competitor advertising links

·       Develop and implement link building strategy

·       Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code

·       Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming

·       Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

·       Develop, manage and optimise PPC & Display campaigns which exceed KPIs

·       SEM and Social Ad campaign set-up, management and optimization

·       Communication and management of third party leads suppliers

·       Prepare reports using internal data and Google Analytics to assess performance

·       Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues

·       Conducting advertising campaigns in Google Adword and other PPC channels

QUALIFICATIONS

·       2+ years of proven experience in SEO&SEM field

·       Knowledge in key areas of marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, PPC and SEM)

·       Experience working in an agile development environment

·       Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, with changing needs and limited resources

·       Dedicated team player with strong communication skills, who could collaborate with engineers and other teams

·       Ability to work independently and take the initiative to drive the innovative solutions ahead

·       Is a data savvy, market and analysis oriented

·       Excellent command of written and spoken English
