We are looking for a high-performing in OSS side of Network Technology Departmant for Customer Supporting.

Responsibilities  

• Responsible to handle customer trouble tickets for Huawei OSS systems , problem solving related with OSS network systems

• On site support in case of major or critical problems

• To ensure detection and resolution of the problems with correct support resources as quickly as possible with committed SLA frames.

• Responsible for installation , commissioning and administration of OSS system

• Engaging next level of support when required , pointing them to right direction with clear documentation of problem definition and progress

• Evaluation of new versions , patches , firmware , and security patches. Implementing upgrades and security patches regularly

• Available after hours and weekends as needed and willing to work on-call rotation

• Available to travel domestic and international , work location is Istanbul and Ankara

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Engineering(preferably in Computer, Software , Electric/Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering)

• Experience in Solaris Unix and SUSE Linux,Red Hat,Centos,VMware .

• Experience in Sybase or PL/SQL knowledge is a plus

• Having basic telecom knowledge .

• Experience in Veritas products and Sybase database is a plus

• Storage and networking knowledge .

• Having experience on Huawei Server and Storage devices is a plus.

· Basic practical knowledge of LAN/WAN/Security and related technologies

• Understanding of IT concepts including various system architectures (e.g. Client-Server , Web Client) , and how Quality Assurance concepts apply to these systems

· Preference knowledge of Huawei management tools (U2000,M2000,PRS,SONMaster)

• Ability to work effectively under pressure

• Advanced analytical and problem solving skills

• Outstanding organizational , interpersonal and communication skills.

• Cooperation with other people in projects.

• A good command of written and spoken English

• Male candidates should have completed military service
