Supplier Quality Executive (Izmir)

We are looking for a“SUPPLIER QUALITY EXECUTIVE (IZMIR)”for our international client which is leading in Automotive Sector.

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering,Metallurgy and Materials Engineering or Electrical and Electronic Engineering
• Min. 5+ years of  experience in Supplier Quality Development or Engineering in automotive sector
• Advanced level of English
• Good knowledge of IATF, ISO16949 and other core tools
• Excellent command of communication and negotiation skills
• No travel restriction
• Military service must be completed for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION  

• Monitor production issues related to supplier quality performance and support production in resolution
• Work with the suppliers to resolve supplier manufacturing issues, determining root cause and implementing effective quality resolutions
  
• Manage supplier non-conformities and implementation of quality improvement action plans 
• The analysis of the problems that may arise in the production process and taking necessary actions 
• Coordinate the supplier quality team
• To ensure the planning and reporting of internal audits
• Develop and maintain systematic reporting to suppliers on their quality performance
• Develop and monitor corrective and preventive actions
• Ensure the control and update of the quality documentations
• Review the implementation and efficiency of quality systems
