We are looking for colleagues to reinforce the Corporate Communications Department at our production site in Izmir. We are looking for an experienced and committed Corporate Communications Specialist who likes to drive things forward together. We are looking for a person who has a great enthusiasm to connect people and engage all internal stakeholders within the company by creating & executing internal communications strategy.

Job Description:

• Advising departments on internal communication
• Implementation of the storytelling principle along the assigned topics
• Creates and implements internal communication strategy
• Ensures communication strategy is consistent and reflects the organization’s strategic vision
• Prepares and executes annual communication plan, manages various internal communication channels
• Invests time in “internal journalism” to extract real stories to be communicated
• Supports development of digital contents to enable achieving of business goals
• Ensures local organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders
• Manages relationship with agencies when neededSupports the internal communication through by gathering information and ideas from employees
• Plans and executes internal events for employees

General Requirements:

• Graduation preferably  from communications/media studies, journalism and/or similar departments 
• Relevant professional experience on the consulting or corporate side
• Business fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Precise work even under time pressure as well as prudent communicating to protect the worldwide reputation of HUGO BOSS
• Team player with an agile mindset, a feel for communicative trends and the requirements of an international fashion and lifestyle group
• Convincing communication skills and a high level of intercultural competence
• Experience in communicating with stakeholders and in shaping strategic decision-making processes
• Strong analytical, change and project management skills and a pioneering spirit
• Excellent English skills and as an absolute team player you enjoy working in an international environment
• Strong network, relationship management and influencing skills
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances to achieve the best possible outcome
• Ability to communicate in an industrial environment
