Due to our global organization's needs, we are seeking for System Specialist to be employed in our IT Department

• 5 years plas work experience with managing IT infrastructure, (network/servers/backup/AD/workstation management/cyber security
•  Experience with ticketing tools,
• Experience from manufacturing organizations,
• Experience in using advanced SAP,
• ISO 27001 Information Security Management knowledge is a plus,
• Have excellent event, incident, problem, change and configuration management,
• Continuous service improvement.

Job Description

•        First level end user and IT infrastructure support
•        Second level support in any of IT infrastructure areas (servers/networks/backup/IT security/Digital workplace/AD/OT IT support)
•         Development of IT infrastructure solutions in industrial environment
•         Ensuring support and maintenance of workstations, office printers, bar code printers/readers, PDAs
•        Administration of tickets according to agreed service levels
•        Asset management and device lifecycle management
•        Continuous improvements to IT infrastructure to increase resilience and capacity
•         Applying IT security standards and following organizations security policies
•         Emergency onsite support when needed
•         Handling end user communication
•         Ensuring special support for VIP users
•         Close cooperation with Global IT infrastructure teams and Business IT teams
•         Coordinating third parties and IT vendors                                                             
•         Reporting to Regional IT Manager (also matrix reporting if applicable)
•         Taking full responsibility for operations and maintenance of onsite IT infrastructure services
