QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a HRBP for one of our multinational clients.

Job Description:

  • Focused and effective approach to talent selection.  
  • Actively interviews and recruits as needed.
  • New starters’ administration: preparation of offer letters /contracts and employment package including benefits.
  • Responsible for the coordination of an effective Onboarding Program for new employees.
  • Implements annual engagement survey and feedback sessions.  
  • Provides support to leadership, managers and Engagement Champions with regard to employee engagement.
  • Conducts exit interviews for leavers and monitors trends.
  • Works closely with Finance & Legal Departments in order to ensure exit and Performance Improvement Process go in line with the laws and procedures of the company
  • Takes active responsibility in related HR projects, ad-hoc reporting, internal audit preparation and follow up.
  • Works closely with Finance and HR Manager for payroll and budget processes.
  • Coordinates consultancy firms and third parties to get the best result for the company in terms of quality and financial terms
  • Coordinates Health & Safety company and initiates required actions together with them
  

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Administrative Studies and/or Social Sciences
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in HR in multinational companies
  • Experience in multiple HR processes: recruitment, performance management, C&B, talent management, engagement
  • Experience in HR process integration
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • MS Office experience
  • Able to build a credible and sustainable relationship with a number of diverse business partners
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Strong planning & organisation skills
  • Inquisitive and quick learner
