Global sportswear retail company is looking for an "Retail Trade Marketing Manager"
Key Responsibilities:
- Adapting of brand corporate identity to local market context; aligning together with local and global brand teams.
- Developing seasonal and annual commercial and brand marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
- Conducting research and analyzing data in order to define customer groups.
- Leading the CRM project, managing the data collection processes of the stores together with the operation team
- Providing marketing and CRM trainings to store teams.
- Ensures that customer service representatives follow all company policies and procedures when dealing with customers.
- Reviews customer evaluations in regards to service representatives work and looks for areas that need improvement.
- In store activation via POP/POS communication with VM and merchandising teams and aligned with brand strategies.
- Managing of annual budget planning process for marketing investments & local marketing and reporting.
- Guiding the preparation of marketing activity reports and presenting them to the management.
- Contribute to organization's goals plus objectives and enhance market share and sales performance.
- Establish channel strategies along with execute associated plans.
- Lead retail channel's trade marketing strategy development to accomplish defined business objectives throughout product categories.
- To carry out necessary marketing studies and to offer suggestions to increase the footfall of retail stores in order for the stores to reach their monthly and periodic sales targets.
- Prepare and execute with VM department in order to visual merchandising signage and provide solutions to specific marketing requirement and manage all promotional events.
- Working together by supporting the VM, sales and merchandising departments of all new monobrands to be opened in local and international markets.
- Coordinating of trade marketing initiatives with brand management, sales, digital transformation, purchasing, controlling and legal depatments.
- Sales conference preparations together with VM department and showroom standards.
- Identify and evaluate business-building opportunities and develop short and mid-term marketing plans for the region.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years management in marketing preferable in retail
- Advanced English, both writing and speaking
- Skilled in MS Office
- Familiar with data analysis and reporting
- Passionate, solution oriented, open minded
- Dynamic, self motivated and teamwork oriented
- Strong follow-up on multi tasks and analytical skills
- Sport apparel customer behaviour understanding
- No restrictions for travelling
