About Us;

HYS Köroğlu Mağazacılık A.Ş. entered into retail business in 1988 with its’ first 2 stores in Bursa and Mustafakemalpaşa branches. Today, we reached to a wide range of customers with 15 department stores in South Marmara reigon with our furniture production facility in İnegöl and 542 employees.

We are about to launch a new concept brand in Home & Lifestyle category by combining our 35 years of know-how in retail and our production capability. We are looking for a Category Manager experienced in furniture category, to share our excitement in the creation of a new brand.  

Role;

• Preparing the sourcing strategy plan of assigned category and yearly commercial targets together with the planning team
• Collaborate with the design team and local/overseas suppliers
• Maintaining relationships, resolving issues and conducting final negotiations with suppliers
• Performing market and competitive shop analysis
• Regularly visiting stores to get field feed-back in order to improve the collection
• Visiting local and internation Trade shows
• Management of all commercial operations,
• Leading & coaching a team.

Key Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of “Category Management” experience in retail, in furniture category, knowledge of other categories will be plus,
• Experienced in commercial operations, budget and sales report analysis,
• Exceptional communication, persuasion, and team working skills,
• Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment,
• Able to travel when needed
• High-level analytical skills
• Team management and coaching experience
• Active user of MS Office programs
• Advance English knowledge
