Employee Relations Specialist

• University degree (BS/MS) preferably in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Business Administration or other relevant fields,
•  Min. 1 year experience in Employee Relations,
•  Knowledge on labor law & legislative regulations,
•  Excellent communication & interpersonal skills,
•  Analytic thinking, analyzing and reporting capability, 
•  Excellent command of English, 
•  Good knowledge of MS Office, 
•   No military obligation for male candidates,
•  Willing to live in Kocaeli.

• Build and maintain the positive and influencing relationship with employees, 
• Enhance communication with regard to all aspects of the company strategy, 
• Implement reward programs that will increase employee motivation and carry out studies , 
• Analyze economical and labor data and prepare reports to top management, 
• Take an active role in the new projects and support all ER practices, 
• Update & Improve processes which s/he included.
