QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Business Administration, etc
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent overall communication skills
• Improved analytical thinking, planning and organization skills
• Technical knowledge and experience in reporting
• L&D management experience is preferable
• Good command of MS Office programs
• Able to multi-task
• Willing to reside in Kocaeli

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Identify, establish and monitor operational, supervisory and managerial Learning and Development needs and requirements, and provide feedback on a monthly basis to management
• Develop and operate of the common technical training
• Manage required knowledge, proficiency, and literacy modeling for each job (level definition)
• Establish of training  operation plan according to employee competency level
• Follow up improvement plans and performance f/up for chronic/basically quality/productivity impediments
  
• Support department index establishment/adjustment, goal/performance management
• Monitor KPI’s through operational metrics
• Execute, review and control department’s improvement projects
  
• Leading 5S implementations (audits, patrol, result analysis, report preparation etc.)
  
• Ensuring proper coordination and communication between various departments
