We have an opportunity for an experienced and qualified Financial Reporting Executive to be considered for this role with the following qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related departments of a reputable university supported by an accounting and finance degree will be a plus,
• 7 + years of experience in both Audit & Private Companies,
• Strong IFRS reporting and consolidation background,
• Experience in the implementation of financial reporting systems (SAP) is an important asset,
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),
• Experience in team management, demonstrate leadership ability to motivate, coordinate and implement,
• Strong analytical skills, high sense of communication skills,
• Strong time management, multi-task and execution skills with attention to detail,
• Improved problem-solving skills, result-oriented,
• Holding professional accounting qualification CPA
• No travel restrictions, both local and abroad

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing the corporate financial reporting process, including preparation of quarterly consolidation package, financial reports, and notes in accordance with IFRS Standards,
• Managing the group audit process (internal and external),
• Coordinating and assisting international affiliates' accounting departments for the preparation of monthly financial statements i.e. balance sheet, P&L, cash flow statements,
• Controlling equipment arrivals for monthly closing processes
• Performing analytical review of financial statements,
• Fully understand of LG (Letter of Guarantee) processes and leading with Finance department
• Managing yearly company budget process
• Managing SAP system developments so that financial reporting processes can be prepared more effectively
• Ensuring effective communication with other departments/group companies (both domestic and foreign) for the collection of accurate and timely information to be used in financial reporting,
• Following up on developments on IFRS such as IFRS 16 leasing issues
