We have an opportunity for an experienced and qualified Technical Training Specialist to be considered for this role with the following qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electric & Electronic Engineering,
• Excellent communication skills in English,
• At least 5 years experience in installation and start-up of high speed elevators and escalators, control panels, software and trainings of them as well,
• Experience in assessing and evaluating methods of trainings’ efficiency,
• Excellent communication skills and willing to teach,
• High levels of energy and enthusiasm,
• No obstacle for travelling,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Valid driving licence (B) and active driving experience.

Job Description

• To provide the necessary information for technical support requests and to provide support by making field visits when necessary.
• To follow and execute the technical support request process.
• To follow, improve and manage the repair processes carried out in the repair shop.
• To analyze the technical training needs of technical staff working within the company, to prepare technical training documents, to organize technical training and to perform technical trainings.
• To make evaluations and reports of technical trainings.
• To carry out and follow the design and supply process of electronic cards and software and to make their cost calculations as well.
• To carry out and follow up the installation process of electronic cards and software.
• To contribute product improvement process.
• To make and follow up weekly and monthly reports of repair shop.
